The online process has closed, but you can make the transfer of tickets at the ticket office, we explain how:

Go to the ticket office or incident point in the cathedral square,location
Submit a photocopy of your ticket, a photocopy of the ID of the attendee who puts on the ticket and a photocopy of the ID of the new attendee.
Once we verify that the approved documents are correct, we will charge €5 for each ticket with a change of name.

Notices:

ID photos will not be accepted, only paper photocopies since we must keep them.
The photocopy of the ID must be front and back.
The entry presented cannot have been previously validated, if the entry is validated, the name change cannot be made.
